After butchering, we dry age the beef for 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor, making it even more exceptional. We manage all communications with the processor, so you don’t have to worry. Once aging is complete, we deliver your beef frozen and packaged, ready for your freezer and enjoyment at your convenience.
